Macomb college, I took 2 years of occupational therapy classes in their selective admission program for OTA. Graduated, passed my board exam and am currently a certified and licensed COTA, graduation 2014 Rochester High School, took some advanced classes, graduated magna cum laude, 2009 Oakland Community College, took human anatomy and physiology, composition, world religion, and ethics classes, G.P.A. 3.6 'good standing', started classes fall 2009 and graduated 2014
Experience
As a child I had trouble learning through traditional methods, so they labeled me as 'learning disabled'. I have overcome that obstacle, but because I used to struggle, I know what it is like to have difficulty learning certain things and can teach and tutor them accordingly. I love children and teenagers and enjoy to make a difference, no matter how small. I've also taken three years of study skills and had to assist mentally challenged kids throughout the class. Teaching and explaining things in a way that is understandable is something i've always been very good at. I currently work as an certified and licensed Occupational Therapy practitioner and believe my schooling and training in my field adds an additional advantage in the tutoring world.

I've taken many years of advanced singing and voice lessons. I have done some local modeling but more so have a passion for photography. I also love to read and write and enjoy lightening the mood with a joke or two. I believe things are best learned in a calm and easy going environment, and kids and teens need the encouragement and support from someone who won't look down on them.
